Dear Readers,
Welcome to my online journal!
I started this project when I was seventeen, and from a series of brief postcards, this is the result of that thirteen-year evolution. If you're curious to find out what it's like to be a nomadic classical musician, a violinist, a 30-year-old, a modern instrumental troubadour, or just a woman looking at the world around her, you've come to the right place.
In 2010, I'll be releasing two albums (the first is comprised of Bach arias with singers Matthias Goerne and Christine Schaefer), performing on "The Tonight Show With Conan O'Brien" (on January 14), and giving nearly one hundred concerts in more than a dozen countries.
The journal is currently on hiatus, but feel free to read back over the past several years. I may break the hiatus from time to time, when I have the chance to write.
And remember, I stay around after every concert to greet the audience, so be sure to stop by and say hi sometime!
